For many people living with depression, especially treatment-resistant depression, standard options — medication, therapy, and combinations of both — do not bring adequate relief, even after years of trying. That experience of exhausting the conventional options is often what leads someone to research ibogaine as an alternative. It is not a decision to take lightly, and it should always involve a thorough clinical evaluation.

Testimonials

4.5 out of 5 stars on Google Maps

“I had deep depression, undergoing advanced and expensive treatments. I had already tried the best that international medical technology offers, without success. Ibogaine gave me my life... I was reborn the day I said goodbye to the IBTA team.”

Questions

Frequently asked questions

There is no guaranteed cure, and results vary from patient to patient. Treatment is intended to be part of a broader care plan, not a replacement for psychiatric follow-up.

Many patients researching this treatment have already tried standard options without adequate relief, but the evaluation is individual regardless of how long someone has been in treatment.

The core protocol is 4 days, but international patients should plan additional time around travel and post-treatment monitoring; our team provides specific guidance once an evaluation is scheduled.

Each case is evaluated individually, including current medications. The clinical team reviews this as part of screening to determine eligibility and any necessary adjustments.
